Why do some men dislike American women?

I was talking to a few American guys who have said they are fed up with American women and that are now looking outside of the states for a relationnship...Is it to find someone a little more submissive perhaps? What's the stereotype for a typical American woman? I like to think of it as independant and strong willed..

American woman married long time to foriegn guy.  Very happily married and he repeatedly tells me I am really good wife. 

I get that men are afraid of american women.   2/3 of divorces by women,  too many women try to dictate their men's lives,  denigrate the role of the father in her child's life save for money.   Gifts must be on demand and spontaneous and they must clean house but in the way the woman thinks best even if she does not do it herself.   They make false accusations to take away visitation when divorced and what not 

However,  even though I was never into that and am a good wife who treats my husband like an equal who I respect and love and coddle as he coddles me,  I did not find the kind of strong but gentle man I grew up with here in the US in my age range.  Too many men were boys even well into adulthood.   My husband who everyone thinks is from some male dominant society so he must be a jerk is wonderful to me and understands the concept of partnership and adulthood.  My Dad and uncles were like this but men my age were not so much.

Yeah, American women are done for.  Dave Chapelle said that "Chivalry is dead and women killed it."  100% certain he was talking about American women.  The Princess Syndromes, the self pity, the manipulation, the chase games, the "I just want a nice guy...to f**k over and complain to all the time." it gets old after a while.  I've dated nothing but international women for the past ten years and beleive me the grass is much greener on the other side.  Alot less stress and drama.  American Women nowadays don't respect themselves but expect a guy to respect them and pamper them.   Good luck with that one.

Wow. I looove this post bc as an American woman, I have been absolutely DISGUSTED with my own kind for a looong time now!!! I can't say what it's like to be a man, but I can only imagine just how hard it is to find a good girl these days. Many of my close friends are guys bc I can't stand girls that are nasty pigs and I refuse to associate with people like that.

And what really bothers me is that I am an attractive girl that likes to go out from time to time- and yes, when I go out I like to look good and dress s**y. And because of this, most people assume that I am just like every other cheap w***e out there! When in reality this is not the case!! I am a very kind, smart, caring and loyal-and although I know I'm attractive, I'm still totally down to earth (prob bc I was quite the ugly duckling in high school).

But I've had so many friends in the past like that- They go out and get mangled and will go home with ANY guy that will buy them a drink or give them some drugs. They complain about how hard it is to find a good guy, yet they only date the same douchebags and f**k them after the first date and then wonder why they never call. They have no goals or ambitions in life except going out and partying. Completely classless! I don't blame guys for not wanting to date American girls and these trashy whores make me ashamed to be female!!!

As a disabled American male,I figured I would join a disabled dating sight.I was dismayed at what I encountered.Woman with many disabilities,disfigurments,loss of limbs etc...and still had crazy princess entitlment attitudes from h**l,still smug,obese,nasty,arrogant,materialistic etc...un friggin believable!!

   I have looked at foreign dating sights for years,they are very attractive and if you compare an American girls profile with most foreign womans,its day and night.American woman are all talking"professional"this,looking for a "professional"financially secure,must be 6 foot tall because they are short and tall in heels blah blah blah They list weird things they are afraid of like crunchy ice cubes,princess phobias like we really care you are scared of feet.Little details no one in the whole world but them would care about,and then a foreign womans profile basically sais looking for a strong man,no sissy who wants a loving home and family,and a strong woman.

    I have encountered woman looking sad when you ask them for a real relationship,and they huff and look at you and say,cant we just mess around???They are littered with drugs,alcohol,cigs,have to go out all the time,shopping,its like having a spoiled three year old that will run away on the slightest whim its unhappy because it heard down the street that a guy in a bigger house has more kool aid!!

    I avoid woman everywhere I go.As a real man,lots of dating experience these woman today are garbage.

Listen, as an army guy I have traveled all over europe and some parts of asia, mainly korea.  When I lived overseas as a young adult I had a problem choosing who I would be with, because women there have so much to offer in terms of respect and other important qualities we look for in a women. They tend to have ALOT less problems and dont use the excuse " well yea my first boyfriend cheated on me so im going to go out and get revenge on men and not get hurt im going to play games with them blah blah blah". I really missed my time overseas. Now im back in the states and have been single for almost 2 years. Im a good looking guy who treats women with respect, and women here dont like that. They would much rather me treat them like garbage to get there approval. EVERY single girl I have come across plays games, one minute they like you the next they " arent looking for anything right now" its so ridiculous.

One girl will do her best to get your attention and the more you ignore her the more she wants you, and the minute you give her the time of day all of that interest is gone now she wants nothing to do with you. It just gets old after awhile so I dont even bother with american women, especially white ones who think they are so much better then you because they have a degree in such in such blah blah blah. And they have all these guys competing for them, but in the end whats the point? if she is no good then why fight for her and kiss her a*s trying to get a date? To h**l with these "the hills" "jersey shore" tv drama wannabe girls. No. I refuse to do it. Next year im moving to london anyway. So I will be back to happiness. For any american thats fed up with women I highly suggest you go overseas for a visit. You will be suprised what your missing. Claiming that American men who marry foreign women just want submissive slaves, is just sour grapes on the part of American women.  Furthermore, the only reason many American women enjoy careers and 'independence' is because big daddy government imposes quotas and affirmative action which make it mandatory to hire women and admit them into colleges and universities. Most of the posters have cited the correct issue; women in America have too much freedom and anger to ever aid their man in his life's work. American women have been mentally poisoned and turned against their men by a small insidious group (the same group who pushes anti male hatred is the same group who pushes anti western hatred, homosexuality and other aberrations (see the activists in the 1960s to understand.)).

This mindset along with the unparralelled freedom women have in America has made them into either whores or man haters, and many times lesbians, who will only be loyal to men who dominate them (see alpha man/beta male discussion all over the web). Even women who want to have an old fashioned life of hearth and home are ridiculed by career women and the media as doing nothing with their lives and of being a failure, or worse a slave. They can no longer grasp the simple fact that many mature men want to come home at the end of the day to a place where they feel loved, and to a woman whom motivates him to strive.

This is all because women are so much more affected by social critique than men, and therefore they go with the popular viewpoint, regardless of it's inherent goodness or badness. The same message is pumped into American women's eyes and ears all the time by a group of people who control the media and whom hate the west and it's people. The message is be a professional, sleep with many men for fun, convince yourself that being a housewife is slavery, and wait until you are 35 to have one kid.

In addition, American women cannot fathom that many many men want a partner in life not a competitor (and not a slave) so they go beserk at any statement that women acting like men without dicks is not attractive. They ridicule men who want a woman who respects them and supports them and who has not had 10, 15, 30 (and yes even more) sexual partners as a loser, b*****d, failure, wants a slave etc. This has resulted in American women only being excited by men who can give them a fleeting feeling of passion rather than a long term life of mutual support and love. These men who are not driven by s*x and selfishness alone are now called beta males.

In short, the majority of American women have become hard, angry whores who cannot grasp the concept of a soft type of love, or that there is another part of masculinity encompassing restraint, duty, and doing the right thing. Surface/style over substance, what our country is, and what our women value. But don't worry, I know none of this will get through because of your individual clique of self reinforcing friends.

I am an American woman and i completely understand why some men dislike the typical american woman. I am not typical and strive to be anything but the typical american. A lot of american woman are just not raised today with the values and morals that a lot of foreign woman are raised with. As a woman in the US reading this makes me very sad.  I have to agree with the loud, manly woman that is predominant here.  However, most women I know would love to make their husbands happy, I think a lot of us just weren't raised to understand how.  You also have to take into consideration what men are looking for in a wife now.  Years ago, men wanted a woman to stay at home, grow thier hair long, wear a dress, and take care of the children.  Now a woman who stays at home is considered useless, dresses are considered frumpy, uncut hair is not s**y enough, and so on...  To some of us it seems we can't win.  I am a woman who does the things stated above by religion, and my husband will hardly speak to me anymore.  I am no fun to him.  It leaves me heartbroken, and confused.  I think a long time ago, some men understood that women had to obey their religion first, and back then their husbands would never have asked them to go against it.  I have been told that a good wife would obey her husband first, and religion second.  It seems to me that the changing times have gone both ways.  I would love to give anything to my husband, but to go against our creator is asking more than I can give.  Because of this, I am now the worst wife out of all of my husbands friends.  They don't care about a well kept house, or good meals.  The other wives will do anything their husband asks, as long as he brings home a lot of money.  It seems to me that those old fashioned couples got along better because they both put their beliefs first.  It seems lack of religion has caused some of this to me.  It breaks my heart to read this, but it sounds like you have given a good life to some deserving women, and I love that some of you are looking for more than nastiness.

I'm a single American guy and plan to stay that way for the rest of my life. Not because I dislike women, but because I just don't think I'm cut out to be married. I like to come and go as I please, go where I please, for as long as I please. I like to spend my money my way, and I like to spend my time doing what I like.
