  1. Y photo closed. If they were in there they are gone.


  2. The pixels in the screen are damaged.

  3. It could be that you need to reboot your computer.  OR make sure you have the latest windows updates..

  4. check the contrast on your monitor, either by a button on the monitor or preferences when you left mouse click on the desktop.
