  1. aww for a second I thought your avatar was Reptar.  Oh well.  I don't know actually, my belly didn't used to buldge but now it does.


  2. The bulging of the abdomen after a meal does not occur in fit individuals with good tone in the abdominal muscles.

    It may occur when the ab muscles get lax due to obesity, old age, or lack of exercise.
