Why do some people become sleepy while driving?

Every time I drive i get sleepy , i do not drink or do drugs, once I stop driving I'm no longer sleepy

jus think y do u get sleepy when u are reading books.... especially subject related ones... its the same thinng buddy... don worry.. happens to lot :)

I have read that you are really sleep deprived and when you get still, your body wants to sleep. There is a pnenomenom that also tends to hypnotically put you in a transe  (becoming sleepy). It is even worse if you are following tailights, on a smooth staight path. Be Careful!

You maybe Diabetic and/or have Narcolepsy. See a doctor immediately.

Being sleepy all the time dosing off even while driving, doing something or talking to someone can be signs of Narcolepsy. You are not only endangering your life and of the passengers in the vehicle but also the Pedestrians on the street.

easy. come on. you are sitting in a car doing nothing but moving your hangs around the wheel. your bosy wants to get up and mov not just sit and stare ahead while grasping onto something. think about it.

well if ur driving alone after a long day at work u may tend to get sleepy.its best u avoid driving alone....mayb u can get a chauffer.

    if u are driving n der is sum1 along with u in d car,make sure that person is not sleeping coz der are sum ppl who fall asleep while driving if the other passenger(s) is/r sleeping.

u need a change, as u see u r bored by the same route travelling or else u r just overconfident about ur safe driving change the driving route to ur desired extention not known by enquiring some by the road if u know all the route change to some other area which u need to expedite and know
