Why do some people get embrassed so easily?

my best friend gets embrassed so easily, like if someone she doesn't know is talking to her and looks her in the eyes she starts to get embrassed. why does she get so embrassed over little things?

It could be that your friend suffers a little from being shy.

I'm really shy. I'm outgoing around my friends...but shy when meeting new people or talking about anything personal....and then I start to get embarressed and turn bright red.

Shyness is definitely a big possiblility...even if she's not shy around her friends.

its probably lack of self-confidence. im like it. im the loudest person but i cant to presentations or talk to guys or look people in the eye. yh its kinda annoying.

i love singing big passions it is for me but because i get so embarrsed thinking ppl will put me down its stops me from doing what i love and it really is annoying.

maybe it stems back to childhood with her parents.. maybe the way they disciplined her..??  Could be low self esteem too

Low self esteem. Unfortunately that's nothing any series of compliments can fix; the person needs to become more assertive consciously/
