I mean its hard to explain but why do some people get aroused or sexually excited when their partner kisses, breaths or uses their mouth by their ear? is it because our ears are so sensitive ? what is it am just curious ...

it has to do with something, a chemical, that is realesed in our brain to make us feel this way. I saw it on the discovery health channel!

My guess is the mix between sensitivity and intimacy. You have to be intimate with a person to be close enough to kiss, breathe or use their mouth by their ear.
