  1. thats what capitalism is all about.

  2. This is only one of those things about life we'll NEVER know the reasons or answers to. Extremely unfortunate, if you ask me.

  3. because we are only human

  4. Religion. I can honestly say that everything can be traced back to religion in some way.

  5. It's "the luck of the draw." The best we can do is work to gain money to live a good life. As most other people who have answered this post said. "Life is not fair."

  6. You might be surprised. I have been traveling lately and we might have everything but we have nothing. Sure most of us will never know real hunger, not having real choises in life. But these people, these have nots have a joy that we try to buy and never find.

Maybe we have all this in order to give it to those to don't have. We are 5 percent of the population and we consume 30 percent of the world's resources. Some sources estimate that stores throw away 2 to 3 percent of their inventory. That's approximately $30 billion in food. Only one million could solve the world hunger problem.

  7. What are you doing to balance the scales?

  8. yes.. life is very VERY unfair.

  9. this is a general rant. you need to be specific. I won't report you, though.

  10. because of the unequal distribution of the wealth and income

  11. Do you still shop at Walmart? I don't

  12. 1. Some people work hard to earn what they have.

    2. Others were/are born into a life where they are handed everything without doing anything.

    3. Other people do not have the means to get what others have.

    4. Some don't work at all and expect "the kindness of others" to get them through. IE: homeless beggers, some people on welfare, etc.

You're right, I agree; it is very unfair. To make myself feel better about the situation, I always make sure I've worked to earn everything I have and give whenever I can to those who are deserving or in need. Donate clothes and toys to the salvation army for needy kids. Purchase an extra gift at XMas time... etc. It makes you feel better knowing you've helped some of the good people that truly deserve it!!!
