  1. Most of the causes of Gum problems are not just from the kind of food they take. Some causes are come from :

    1. Improper Hygiene/ improper brushing- always in a hurry to clean their tooth and using wrong technique. take note: tounge needs proper scraping..they cause badbreath

    2. Cavities- untreated decayed tooth cause bad breath

    3. Gums problems- this is cause by calcular deposit arround the tooth

    4. Internal problems- medically compromise patient

    Treatment to avoid badbreath:

    1. Regular check-up and every 6 months cleaning by a dentist

    2. Proper Hygiene - ask the dentist for the brushing technique

    3. Treat and restore all decayed tooth or extract

    4. Check your Medical doctors for internal problems.
