Why do some people like to put the bass way up on their cars?

these people put the bass so high, you can barely recognize the song that's playing and their car's fenders buzz unconttrollably. I don't understand what is so great about having soo much bass. I personally get nauseated when I'm in a car with too much bass.

i admit i have alot of bass but aslo complimented by my great (ok they are just good) component speakers.. my system is setup just right sound is very clear and crisp the loud bass is just the exclamation point to my music...once in a while i do rattle homes when i drive through the neighborHOOD...you just mad u can hear my music better than you can hear your single factory speaker...muahahaa

some people are stupid i have a 2600 watt amp so i got bass. the problem is that they dont have enough highs to support them  NEED MORE TWEETERS

personally when i turn my bass too loud my ears itch, lol

It's stupid, I keep my stereo loud but its not deafening, amplified and doesn't even have a subwoofer. Sounds much better to me and I can still feel the bass. People often know what I'm listening to and there is no buzzing or rattling.

Compensation for a small p***s,

to be annoying

to cover the noise of my whiny Honda Civic

to get a back massage

to attract attention to myself

to try and set off car alarms down the block

to p**s off the neighbors

because I won't be able to hear the words anyway so why not. because I'm trying to be "Gangsta"

It does not make any sense does it?almost as good as the external speakers mounted under the car,that always sound like they are dragging a metal trash can down the street when they pass you up on the road.

aww man.. its heck up tight.. i love bass really loud so im like cool and stuff...i love it.!!
