I am plus-size, and i am shy, but im not shy because im plus-size, its just my personality, but then when i get to know you, my "real" personality comes out. I mean there are shy people who are not plus-size. I have a friend that is not plus-size that whenever im with her we talk about my weight, i mean i dont really mind, but she says" oohh you'll feel so much better being you right wieght, and you'll feel so much better about yourself", i mean i dont feel bad about my self because im big, its just that im not a very open person, i dont like to get to close to people, if you know what i mean. I dont mean to offend anyone because i dont open up to them, thats just who i am.

  1. i just think that maybe people feel like maybe they would feel insecure if they weighted more or they are insecure now about they're weight and assume that you must be if they are.

and i by the way think bigger people are much more fun and open about things. Almost every plus size person i have met has been very loving, fun, and jolly.

and by the weigh i would love being bigger.... i am a twig and i want love handles more than anything. so no if you're right weight is the way you are let it shine!

  2. Shy for female is something good that give her a nice sense. some men like who is shy, but not all the time. also the plus size not something bad.

I think there are few factors that cause you shy, if you could find them out, I see, you'll never be shy.

also if you can be confident yourself by success at many things, that shy will be end soon.

  3. Maybe people think your shyness is from being plus size because they understand people usually have a reason to be shy and you just happen to have an outward factor that could be seen as the reason you are shy...

  4. I am plus sized girl....and I am anything but shy....you can ask my fellow workers.  They will even ask me to do things for them to get them boyfriends.....they are so pitifully shy....and they are thin women. I have no problems with talking about my weight I don't care....I am just me and I am happy with myself.  It is good to be yourself and I give you credit for being who you are. These days it is safe not to be too close to people until you get to know them better.

  5. I just farted.

That is why I tend to shy away from people- well, that, and I am afraid of "minus-sized" people.

  6. All that matters is that you are comfortable with yourself.

You have the right idea about not feeling bad about your weight.

  7. She is wrong in her assumption, and you need to let her know that her comments are hurtful and incorrect.
