I knew someone who would take from other people personality for so long in their life, they have no idea who they are as them-self.

This friend of mine started doing it in the first place, because he was always bullied and picked on throughout his life all the way through his one semester of college.

Recently he realized he needs to figure out who he is, but has no idea who he is, and is completely lost as a person.

  1. He's not proud the way he is.

  2. I think people will tend to act, dress, and even talk like others in an attempt to fit in with them.  Typically they have low-self esteem and feel that the only way they'll be accepted is to be like those whose acceptance they desire.  This is a common occurrence that usually goes away as the person feels better about themselves.  You could help out by doing something with your friend that you typically wouldn't, giving them lots of attention and positive feedback.
