Why do some women act like children?

I am going to assume that you don't know everyone in the world, so I am going to also assume that you can't assume that women are more childlike then men because of what other people say.

Acting like children is not gender specific.  Perhaps SOME women may act like children, but  MOST men WILL act like little babies when they cannot have it their way, do you not think so?  =P

Acting like children is not about gender. I know lots of people who act like children. Some think it will help them get what they want, others think it's fun.

This isn't a biological characteristic, but a result of the environment somebody is raised in.

The same goes for men. I think the very reason lies with how they are raised. A child raised to "fight fire with fire" is prone once adult to take childish actions such as revenge, yelling back just as loud, ruining a nice moment and so on. A child raised to be responsible and be mature, solving the problem with actual solutions usually will know by the time they are adult that not acting like a child difuses a tense situation much easier.

I guess some families just believe that the cheapest and easiest solution is always the best. Unfortunately, it never challenges a person to later try and solve things in a mature way.

Though, by the sound of it, you just got into a situation recently where a woman (possibly a girlfriend or wife) acted childish?
