Edit* The whole want to feel like a young girl and so "more attractive" thing is stupid to a woman who knows that she is a woman.

I'm already attractive - I get sexier every year that I'm alive!

I don't know why, I can only guess. Maybe, like another said, it helps them feel younger and sexier. Which is cool, btw. We all want to be considered attractive, so in that sense, it's all good.

On the other hand, if you're treated like a "young girl" that is nieve, that's an insult. I'm a middle age women that has been on my own since 16 years of age. I feel I deserve the credit accorded to someone that has lived a life with all the ups and downs associated with it.

Hopefully, some wisdom has been gained from living and learning.

I like for men to treat me like a young girl in bed. It makes me feel innocent and it really turns me on. I'm also attracted to older men. I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 38. There's probably some psychological reasoning behind it.

Let me be clear here... I like to be treated like a little girl IN BED... but not in public.

I think it is simple as woman wish to feel younger.  When someone pretends that she is young again, I guess some women find that appealing.  For the short term.  Many men and women remain s*x driven all of their lives and any attention at any age is internalized as a reaffirmation of a sexual attractiveness long ago lost.

They were treated well as young girls, felt protected, etc.. When they are treated as a young girl later in life, it brings back the feeling of security they enjoyed when their fathers protected and loved them. After all, the little girl is still there...just in an adult body. It is great to escape being an adult with all the cares and responsibilities. When a man is willing to accept, protect and love the little girl in a woman, he is loving the essence of the woman...and allows her to be her most undefended self.

Are there any men who treat women like young girls??? You might confuse being treated like a young girl with being treated like a princess or a gift of God. There are a lot of women who don't want to be treated well. They want to reign over their husband and treat him badly. Women who let their husbands be the head of the house, ruler of the economy and master in bed are only doing themselves a favor! My husband is the head in our household but he treats me totally different than he treats our daughters.

I think many women who enjoy being treated this way are looking for father figures. I can't imagine having a man treat me this way. To me, it's patronizing.

For the same reason men enjoy being treated like a child when they are sick, and enjoy having their food cooked for them, their laundry done for them, etc.
