I haven't heard the term 'busters' since junior school. I supose the stars are modesty, covering that somehow prevents you seeing the whole breast.

I think that all women who don't want to be stared at, should keep their nipples from protruding. If a man can see your nipples though your shirt, you're just asking for stares.

Nipples for some reason are always considered too much. I have no idea why.

NOBODY KNOWS. Men and women aren't biologically wired to dress a certain way. It's all personal choice.
