they want their eyebrows to look thin but no one can get the hair in line so they take it out and draw it back that way it looks perfectly thin!

They think its still the trend. My aunt who grew up in the 1930's has always pencil drawn her eyebrows (back then it was fashionable). Welcome to 2008.

they think it looks good,but it doesn't. they also are to lazy to keep up the maintenance of plucking them.

sometimes, they dont like the shape that their natural eyebrow has, so they pluck it, then draw on the shape that they want.
