I'm a teen girl and at a healthy weight. sometimes I feel extremely weak, nausea, lightheadedness, my teeth chatter and my heart's beating really fast like my hearts just gona give out. I didn't exercise at all. also I couldn't breathe deep. last time i felt that way i was laying down on the floor of the bathroom next to the toilet cause I felt so weak. I couldn't throw up either even tho I felt nausea. It happens like once every few months. when it happens I feel I'm going to die, like my heart will just give out, it's terrible. don't wana feel anything like that again. what do you guys think this could be? could it be that I'm drinking little water or eating to little?

  1. Both dehydration and under eating can cause fatigue and can make you feel very weak and very tired.

Perhaps you need to improve your diet as a lot of teen girls don't eat properly.  More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes for more energy and good health.

  2. calm down

    its low bloode sugar,

when that happens eat cheese, or somthing with protein

happens to me all the time

    even todayy

    just keep a healthy diet.

    hope this helpedd:)

  3. maybe you AREN'T at a healthy weight.  go to the doctor.

  4. It sounds like a panic attack to me. For some people, this occurs during times of extreme stress.

I have panic/anxiety disorder. it really blew up when I became ill 12 years ago and, for awhile, no doctor could tell me what was wrong. It eventually turned out that I had a few things....but none of them were caused by the panic/anxiety disorder. I eventually had to take a little medication to help me function at a normal level. I also found out why I have panic which has helped to slowly try to overcome it. But it has taken alot of hard work and time.

This is a good site to go to: anxietycoach.com  It's Dr Carbonell's site. He's a really good doc who specializes in panic. I have two of his books....they're short, easy to understand, fast to read and extremely helpful. It's a start at least.

Also, I think you should talk to your doctor. Tell them what's going on. They may want to run some tests. If they decide its a panic attack, you may want to go to a doctor or counselor who specializes in panic disorder.

    hang in there.

  5. i have that sometimes too

actually its often like every night when its really late

it could be from stress, anxiety.

i doubt it has anything to do with water cause i drink but loads and i still feel that way and il go grab something to eat and it wont help.

but yeahh my mom is gonna take me to the doctor in a few days soo yeah il prolly find out what it is and thenn if you havent found out i can be a good chap and let ya know.

p.s. give me some feed back

  6. depends on what your weight is- but do these times coincide with your period? Every so often when my sister starts hers she gets terribly sick- doctor said it's hormones.

If yu don't think you eat enough though I'd see a doctor and get a physical and tell them the problem, if you are underweight they might say so.
