Why do swimmers have flabby bodies and muscles?

  1. I'm not sure that's actually true.  Most of the swimmers I know have pretty hard muscles.


  2. First of all, it all depends on the swimmer and their body, not all swimmers have flabby bodies and muscles. Swimming actually can tone your arms, legs, abs and back muscles. Not only does swimming help you get back into shape, working out and doing exercises out of the pool is helpful in keeping a toned body and building muscle.
