  1. It's possible that you aren't using the right size. There are slim fits and those work well for younger girls. However if you're bleeding through one pad, this may not be the best idea, but I'd try it.

You aren't supposed to remove a tampon unless it is full (with blood) otherwise it will be uncomfortable.

Using tampons for the first time is not the most comfortable thing and it is really something that you have to get used to.

  2. okay first, relax.  sit on the toilet with your feet together and knees apart.  and feel for the hole and push in the tampon gently and towards your lower back.  make sure to get it up there as far as you can.  cause even if the littlest bit is sticking out, it hurts realllllllllly bad to get it out.  but just make sure to relax.  and don't use the super for your first try.  cause those tend to be a little bigger.  start off with the regular.  hope i helped :]

  3. try putting some ky jelly on them prior to inserting them....and only remove them when the string has some blood on it, this indicates the tampon is "full" and will be easier to remove than one that is half full or dry!!!

  4. you nee to RELAX and they won't hurt anymore.  Try to start with the junior size, with a plastic aplicator. If you tense up you won't be able to get it in or out very easily. If you can't talk to your mom try a friends mom, or older sister...Good luck!

  5. um you should start with one with an applicator and when you put it in make sure its tilted towards your back and wait like a couple of hours  when you pull it out pull it forward ish

  6. it shouldnt hurt to put in. let it fill up before you take it out or it kills!!!

  7. Ok there are 2 cardboard/plastic things on there and inside the 1st one is the tampon the 2nd one is to eject the tampon take on put your index finger and thumb on the end on the first one, insert that one all the way in and the 2nd one move it up so the tampon goes in. and start off with juniors they are the smallest kind

  8. When I first started using them I found the most comfortable way to put in and take out if I put one of my legs up on the toilet and the other on the floor.  good luck

  9. thats why I don't use tampons. What are these people expecting us to do, shove a stick like thing vaginally inside!!? Ack I will never use tampon even if I go swimming i'll just stand there and watch my friends. I don't care

  10. If it hurts it means it's not absorbed enough blood. If there is a lot of white still, that will cause it to be unfomfortable.

Just keep it in a little longer, it will be much easier after it's absorbed enough.

ALSO, tampons take some getting used too. But when you get that hang of them, you will barely notice it. Trust me, I had the same problem :]

  11. You dont wanna ask your mom but you dont mind asking the whole world? Who said we were all close with you? Not me.

  12. tampons are a lot better.   lets see if you have a really heavy flow then u should change it like every 3 hours or so. but if your pretty normal or light i think you should change it every 5. dont go longer then 6 because u can get tss. its this bad thing i dont want to explain. dont worry about leak because even though that thing is tiny it absorbs a lot. now the first time you do it make sure your like really wet kinda because if your dry down there it will hurt putting it in same for going out. just stick it up there and push the other part so all you have is a string hanging and u should have two parts left which u just toss in the trash hope it helped=]=]
