Why do teenage girls think pregnancy can be diagnosed online?

What's the deal, are they all stupid? If you had s*x prior to missing a period then you might be pregnant, so buy a DIY test or go to a doctor and have them do it. If you haven't missed a period then there's nothing to worry about, yet. If you did have unprotected s*x and you don't want to get pregnant then consider the morning after pill.

I mean, what's to discuss on the internet? Wishful thinking, backed by online anons, isn't going to stop sperm fertilizing your eggs.

Have some compassion, for cryin out loud.  It isn't stupid.  They are afraid and this is a non-threatening and anonymous medium.  If you have nothing constructive to say to a person in this situation, then just move on to the next question, please.

I think the girls are just that scared that they are looking reassurance....which they do not get lol

they might want to know if they are having typical symptoms. and yahoo is a place where people can ask things, so they do.

i mean i totally understand where you coming from, taking a test is more accurate then us, but some girls just want feedback and other peopls opinions.

How about these kinds of questions:

Do you think im pretty?

What does he mean when he says.......?

They tick me off. Y!A Should just automatically delete those kinds of questions.
