  1. Harmones SIMPLE.

There is not a once and for all get rid of it product why do you think there are so many, plus everyones body is different. But being that your a teenager, well, your body is basically coming to itself so to speak, so you have a min.

I would advise you to look at the adults in your family, if they have acne well sweetie its hereditary... But if not, then know its just for now. What helps is how you eat to a certain extent only because your a teenager its its really hormones.

  2. Pimples are caused mainly by clogged pores in your skin.  The pores get clogged by dirt, makeup, deodorant, sun screen etc.  Then they get infected with bacteria and the white stuff is pus that develops from the infection.

They are caused by a number of things, usually in combination with each other: heredity or genes (some people have larger pores that get more easily infected than others), stress, hormones, diet and hygene (the last is less of an influence than most people think though).

You can't do anything about having large pores.  That's just the way you are.  Stress can be managed by changing your attitude towards events, people and situations that are stressing you out.  The less you let something bother you, the less stressed out your body is by it.  You can also reduce stress by getting a full night's sleep, eating a healthy diet and removing sources of stress where you can.  If your day is "too full" stop doing some of the optional activities that fill up your day.

Hormones and stress go hand in hand.  Teeagers are experiencing surges in the production of testosterone and estrogen (both are found in both males and females to different degrees) for the first time.  It takes a while for your body to deal with these hormones.  Your body will actually try to get rid of them for a while through your kidneys and skin.

That brings us to diet.  The more impurities (preservatives, bleaches, food colorings etc.) that you eat, the harder your body has to work to get them out of your system.  All your body needs are protein, fat, sugar and water.  Anything else you eat is considered waste by your body and it tries to get rid of it through the kidneys, liver and skin.  If your body gets overloaded with waste, your kidneys and liver can't keep up and some of the waste comes out your skin and clogs up your pores.  That's why some people break out after they eat sugary foods, drink alcohol and/or don't drink enough water (you need water to help your kidneys get rid of waste).

There is nothing on the market that gets rid of pimples once and for all.  All that the products they make that actually seem to "work" really do is help keep the pores clean to reduce the chance of infection.

The best ways to reduce the severity and frequency of outbreaks don't cost any money at all.  In fact, they may actually help you save money in the long run.  Here are some: drink more water (drink at least six to eight 8 ounce glasses of pure water per day (flavored drinks don't count)), do not wear makeup as it clogs your pores, wash your skin all over with mild soap and water before you go to bed and when you get up, eat as little processed food as possible and avoid junk food including both "regular" and "diet" soda.

Those things plus reducing the stress in your day will help you skin to be more clear looking.  You won't get rid of pimples all together as you still have the hormone thing going on and there's nothing to be done about that that won't cause terrible side effects eventually.

Don't waste your money on expensive "treatments" for pimples as they don't work.  Water, mild soap and maybe a bit of rubbing alchohol for the really badly infected spots is all you need.

  3. Teenagers tend to break out because of stress. Also your body is changing and your skin may react badly to the change causing pimples . Diet can affect how clear your skin is . Have a healthy diet and it could help the acne clear up . I cant really say there is a product that will get rid of everyones acnes . Every persons skin is different . It all depends on what works for you . you would prob just have to try different things out until you find the right one for you !

-clean and clear acne control kit (i know many people and they say it worked great for them , but i have not tried this product yet)

-proactive ( this helped my acne but made my face dry)

-Clearasil (Made my skin clearer after only a few days )

  4. its cuz our hormones are crazy and we overproduce oil so we break out alot...idk if theres a product like that exactly..but differen works really well and u should always wash your face every day or twice a day and stuff! good luck! :)

  5. Hormones, they tend to spurt out at any moment and break out everywhere. Keep up with your personal hygiene and wait it out, it will diminish on it's own.

  6. It's to do with hormones. It can also be the diet as many teenagers eat badly during puberty.

  7. It can have something to do with the weather, and with your diet, although it mostly has to do with teenage hormones. And sorry, there really is no magic cure....

  8. hormonesss

    =/

  9. hormones are the real reason. should treat hormones to get rid of the problem. also high fat food to some extent.

  10. During puberty our bodies produce more oil which causes acne.
