  1. The Cubs have always sucked, and plus it is now September, and the that is part of of how a lot of Cubs haters would spell out their name. Cometely Useless By September. And now the Chicago Cubs have been swept at home, but I don't know what is going on with the Milwaukee Brewers. But I bet you that any people that hate the Chicago Cubs, will tell you that they always suck. And I bet that anybody that gives me a thumbs down, is a Chicago Cubs fan, and hates what I say about thier team. But I have news for you Chicago Cubs fans, you can't handle the truth.

  2. Pretty much every good team is starting to suck so just hang in there it'll be over pretty soon.

  3. The Brewers went to a World Series in my lifetime. But when have the Cubs not sucked? One hundred years of ineptitude. That's 100 years of being a p**s poor team. I know their fans have them already having broken their streak, but they really haven't yet. Oh, and by the way, one week of baseball doesn't mean a diddly dang, either.

  4. Cubs have always sucked, they are just finally playing like the team they really are.

Brewers suck because Yost is a moron.

  5. as any real Fan knows the season is a marathon 162 games every team has its ups and downs. as a Fan you can only hope their slump doesn't happen in Sept. But personally Yes the Brew Crew and Baby Bears SUCK

  6. I am glad the Cubs stink, but it hurts me that the Brewers are losing. They could have taken the division.

  7. Cubs = Billy goat curse

    Brewers = Choking under pressure

  8. Well being a cubs fan i don't care if the brewers suck, but cubs hitting has not to good the pass couple of weeks

  9. fighting to be the wild card team i guess!

  10. I'm very happy, the Astros are now within striking distance of the wild card now :)

Lets go Padres tomorrow against the Brewers! Lets make it 6 games back for the 'Stros!

  11. Every team goes into a rut.  The good thing for the Cubs is that it is happening now rather than in the playoffs.  remember Colorado last year?  20 in a row and then tanked in the WS.  If you look at every team in MLB, you will see 5-7 losses in a row, then it's back to their usual self.

  12. Every good team goes through some rough spots through out the season. They will both be ok . And do remember this , they do play 2 series against each other still.

  13. as a cubs fan, i think lou should rest the guys that are struggling and use the ones that have been sitting. at least until the last 2 weeks of September.

  14. Wow, Gene. "Ineptitude." Who seriously talks like that? Does using words like that make you feel smarter? Because it actually just makes you seem even more like a loser aside from the fact that you rack up thousands of points on here per week, which really shows how much you need to get out more.

Your hatred for the Cubs is unbelievably embarrassing, because I don't even know what team you like, I just know what team you hate. How about you start talking about the team you like more than the team you hate? That or go back to your lyrics questions and stay out of this section.

As far as the question goes, every team goes through tough spots throughout the season. Good teams bounce back, great teams put together a nice win streak after a losing streak. I think they'll both be okay and make the playoffs. Although, I am worrying about the Cubs a little bit now that Harden is experiencing "discomfort" and Zambrano is having arm issues.

  15. Both teams haven't had many days off in the last 25 days & both have been playing some great baseball. it wears players down. i'm glad my Cubbies are getting this funk out of the way now instead of waiting until the playoffs & are spent / get swept again.

i'm not real worried, remember they got in a funk right after the All Star break & bounced back just fine.

  16. Better now than in October.

  17. Don't know about the Brewers, but the Cubs, its the Curse of the Goat!

  18. They've just hit a rut. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Don't worry...the Cardinals blew another today via their bullpen. I think it's going to be Chicago and Brewers
