Watching TV commentaries on Kate, ( Prince Henry's ex) a spokesman for Buckingham Palace stated that apart from the fact she is a commoner, her mother says things like; "i'm going to the toilet".

And, if the Queen says no, do you think that if Henry goes back to Kate, this will end up in another Diana tradgety?

  1. It is a BIT common, much better to say "I fancy a slash, me !"

  2. It is correct to say "please excuse me whilst I take a ****"

  3. it is common...the term is washroom

  4. I guess you could just ask to be excused ?, or maybe go american and say that you are going to the bathroom,  as 'toilet' isn't a room that could be the reason for it sounding common ?

  5. well i dont like the brittish coz im irish anyways. but you should say im going to the loo ( pronounced lu). and yeah there isnt a prince called henry.

  6. Instead of saying "I'm going to the toilet", she should say "I'm going to freshen up".  It is not really necessary for her to say exactly where she is going.  All she need to do is to excuse herself politely.  A common person would say "I'm just going to the loo"

  7. If Henry goes back to Kate he'll get his tiara knocked off his block cos she's William's ex!I

Is it absolutely necessary to inform anyone when one goes to the 'Ladies'? Excuse me would suffice.

I'm going to powder my nose that's another silly one.So where is this nose exactly, lol?

  8. To all you thickos that have answered.....Harry's proper name is Henry.

Just the same as William could be known as Willy or Bill.

  9. i'll be back in a minute i think thats enough information! although it wouldn't really bother me if someone said there away to the toilet! least of my worries!

  10. maybe you should not say it at all unless you wish to be excused to go,i.e you dont need to walk in a room and announce it to everyone...or if you were in a room of ppl the polite thing to say would be "may I be excused,I need to use the restroom/bathroom/little girls room)

I Dont know bout the harry/kate/queen thing dont follow em they bore me!

oh yeah just read the others answers-I do know hes called harry not henry!!

Oh my mistake apparantley thats his propername?!? wtf do ppl call him harry up,is he not common then for having a "nickname" as it were!!! lol

  11. Just going to see a man about a dog .brb

  12. hows about ,i,m going to point percy at porcelain ,.

  13. Maybe some people don't want to know where others are going!  Personally I'll say "I'm going to the bog", and the fact that we all have to go means it IS common, doesn't it??

  14. i am going to watch, the river of no return.

  15. For a start, if she does end up with Henry (Harry) his brother will me mightily annoyed since she was William's girlfriend.

Why would the Queen say no to Kate? She comes from a fairly good background & has no skeletons in her closet. The royal family could do a lot worse  than her.

And how could we know if this is going to end in a tragedy like Diana? As far as I know we cannot see into the future & cannot know if she is going to die in a car accident.

Finally, if the palace issued a statement calling Kate's mother a commoner & sneering at the things she says then does not that make them beneath her. She has never gone on record to name call them, has she? She is obviously the one with good breeding & manners & not them.

  16. It's better to say I'm going to splash my boots, especially if you're talking to the queen.

Perhaps one could get them cleaned afterwards?

Or you could say dunny instead of toilet.

Only people like the queen think a word like 'toilet' is common!

  17. I'm off to spend a penny. That's how much you used to pay to use the public toilets many years ago. Prince Harry was officially called Henry when he was born but Buckingham Palace announced that he would be known as Harry!!

  18. im going to spend a penny

  19. Its because you should say lavatory not toilet.

And Prince Harry is actually called Prince Henry he just doesn't like Henry so everybody calls him Harry. If he ever become King (not likely) he'd be called King Henry because its his official name.

  20. I dont say anything I just go

  21. bunny is right

  22. i always say im off to shake hands with the unemployed!!!!! haha

  23. I go for a ""Slash"" .......(or a piddle)

  24. goin for a jimmy

  25. I sometimes say  "I'm going to siphon my python" BUT when I'm 'round the mother-in-laws I'll say "I'm off for a slash" as she doe'nt like snakes!

  26. Lol you made soo many mistakes in this Qs, ill let you find out for yourself

BTW I didnt no there was a third prince!  Lmao

  27. I usually say that I'm just going to 'splash my boots', but then again I'm very working class

  28. What?  If you say you are going to the toilet it means just that.  If you said you were going to the bog then some quarters would deem that more "common" as bog is a slang term for the toilet.  What drivel have you been watching on the TV?

  29. I hope William never finds out that his girl has been two-timing him with his brother...

Loo is the proper term. I don't know if it comes from the medieval period - people used to do 'their business' in a chamber pot and then throw it out the window yelling Gardez Loo as they did so

  30. I think you need to read up on the royal family before being able to coment on them!!!!

  31. It is Prince William who is courting Kate but in spite of the others making fun of you you are correct about a Prince Henry, that is the Official name for Prince Harry but his mother called him Harry
