  1. same reason mcdonalds and just about every other take out joint in the country does


  2. the rice will swell more the longer you keep it in a plastic bag. the paper sacks keeps the rice hot and ready to eat

  3. paper helps soak up extra moisture, excess grease, and moisture from the rice.

  4. because paper bags are cheap to make.
