Why do the Chinese rub eggs on their body for soothing pain?

I've seen a lot of Chinese shows where they do it and I was just wondering why?

think... what happens when you eat alot of eggs?

You get gas.... right?.... and how does it smell?..

LIKE SULFUR.....yes!...

and sulfur.... alleviates pain....reduces inflammation

In the Health Industry a supplemental form of sulfur is sold

as MSM... (often combined with glucosamine sulfate)

now to the reason of why the rubbing:

Culturally(asia) its a matter of energy,waste removal and flow...

scientifically (western)its a matter of absorption and circulation...

so distribution of the sulfur compunds absorbed through the skin..

are thorough (all over the body In oxygen rich blood!!)

Are you sure that it is for soothing pain?

Strange! I've never seen it done and have never heard of it before, yet I've been several times to China.

I never heard of that either...ive heard of the chinese using the round metal stress balls and running it through their hands....

eggs are round and perhaps they r good at massaging the muscles???

just a thought lol
