Why do the Chinese still believe that Russia attacked the U.S. state of Georgia?

I don't understand why they choose to ignore fact.

I'm not Chinese, so I can't get into the Chinese mindset.  Perhaps someone will enlighten us.

I hadn't heard that they do, and I strongly suspect that's because you just made it up. The Chinese are smarter than that. Certain people in Alabama are not. I saw a question from a member in that state who seemed convinced that Russia had invaded the state next to him, and was wondering why Bush wasn't doing something about it. I think the guy may have been related to this woman:
