Red-Home saturday games or any Home afternoon game when the yanks are in town

White-Home Games that are not saturday

But somtimes at Home in the postseason they were them for no reason

the red jersey isnt necessarily a home jersey. it is an alternate jersey. they wear it on any type of special occasion, and they can wear them home OR away

to answer this question correctly, every professional sports team has an alternative jersey. the red sox have the red one. the front office of red sox and all the other sports teams elect certain days to wear the alternative red jerseys. it has nothing to do with home, away, night, day, saturday, sunday, monday, ect.. they usually choose holidays, i.e. patriots day, 4th of july, memorial day, or for the special occasion that the yankees are in town.
