  1. He is Allaah..

The First: Nothing is before Him.

The Last: Nothing is After Him.

The Most High: Nothing is Above Him.

The Most Near: Nothing is beyond His Reach.

He Begets Not, Nor was He Begotten.

    The Creator, Provider, and All-Rich.

    The All-Seer, The All-Knower.

    He is One and Self-Sufficient.

He is not Nature, or any part of it.

He ascended above His Throne, High above the Seven Skies.

No Vision can encompass Him, but

His Grasp is over all vision..

    Such Is Allaah

    Nothing Is Like Unto Him

    The All-Hear, The All-Seer

  2. It is proven in the Qur’aan and Sunnah and by the consensus (ijmaa’) of the salaf (early generations) of this ummah that Allaah is above His heavens on His Throne, and that He is the Exalted, Most High. He is Above all things, and there is nothing that is above Him. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Allaah it is He Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them in six Days. Then He  rose over (Istawaa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). You (mankind) have none, besides Him, as a Wali (protector or helper) or an intercessor. Will you not then remember (or receive admonition)?”

    [al-Sajdah 32:4]

“Surely, your Lord is Allaah Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then rose over (Istawaa) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty), disposing the affair of all things [Yoonus 10:3]

“To Him ascend (all) the goodly words, and the righteous deeds exalt it (i.e. the goodly words are not accepted by Allaah unless and until they are followed by good deeds) [Faatir 35:10]

“He is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last (nothing is after Him), the Most High (nothing is above Him) and the Most Near (nothing is nearer than Him) [al-Hadeed 57:3]

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “You are the Most High and there is nothing above You…”

There are many similar ayaat and ahaadeeth. But at the same time, Allaah tells us that He is with His slaves wherever they are:

“Have you not seen that Allaah knows whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth? There is no Najwa (secret counsel) of three but He is their fourth (with His Knowledge, while He Himself is over the Throne, over the seventh heaven), — nor of five but He is their sixth (with His Knowledge), — nor of less than that or more but He is with them (with His Knowledge) wheresoever they may be” [al-Mujaadilah 58:7]

Allaah has combined mention of His being above His Throne with mention of His being with His slaves in one aayah, where He says (interpretation of the meaning):

“He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then rose over (Istawaa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). He knows what goes into the earth and what comes forth from it, and what descends from the heaven and what ascends thereto. And He is with you (by His Knowledge) wheresoever you may be [al-Hadeed 57:4]

Saying that Allaah is with us does not mean that He is mixed with (or dwells in) His creation; rather He is with His slaves by His knowledge. He is above His Throne and nothing is hidden from Him of what they do. With regard to the aayah (interpretation of the meaning):

“And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge)” [Qaaf 50:16]

    - most of the mufassireen said that what is meant is that He is near by means of His angels whose task it is to record people’s deeds. And those who said that it means that He is near explained it as meaning that He is near by His knowledge, as is said concerning how He is with us.

This is the view of Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah, who affirm that Allaah is above His creation and that He is also with His slaves, and they state that He is far above dwelling in His created beings. With regard to the denial of all Divine attributes as voiced by the Jahamiyyah and their followers, they deny that His Essence is above His creatures and that He rose above His Throne, and they say that He is present in His Essence everywhere. We ask Allaah to guide the Muslims.

  3. Because Allah said in Quran. But we don't compare or match Allah with anyone.

112:4 "and there is nothing that could be compared with Him.

    Walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahadun

        ÃƒÂ™Ã‚ˆÃ™ÂŽÃ™Â„َمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ (112:4)

  4. In Quran we can read those aayath where the word two hands, face .. are used. We have to take it as it is. Without highlighting these or refucing or suspending or comparing, or shaping.  it is ther in quran but salafees highlight it only and creat a issue to show their salafi charectors. This chapter itself comes under mutashabihat, and the explanation is above human brain's reach. if we take this chapter only confusion can arise and such questions will be created. Prophet [s.a.w] ordered us not to discuss on mutashabihat and also warned that the past generations of banee israeel  went astray by discussing onmutashabihat.

AboutAllah is everywhere it is by his knowledge 100% Even if you stand in any corner of the world you will show up the ursh as ursh is everywwhere so one can prove Allah is evry where. other than that ther is a hadeeth where prophet Mohammed [s.a.w] said every night at rhe last part of it Allah[s.w] comes to first heaven and ask ..... If we go through this hadeeeeth 24 hours of the day will be somewhere in this world will be that time so one can prove Allah remasins in first heaven only.. so such as the case why we are fighting where he is

@hidden dajjal: Allah says in soora al baqara, that Allah is closer to us than our own self.

and in an other aaya Allah says that say to my worshiper innee qareeb i am near. what does that mean?? ps read my explanation of Allah bieng every where.

@asker:btw the Q shud be y do salafis say, Allah HAS....

Allah is only one.i know you did it by mistake but m sure some salafi will hang on this and will say that some person sed Allah have... thats why.

  5. allah ta'alaa said he has a face, hand, foot etc. that's it...no need for further discussion about it. and no......allah ta'alaa IS NOT everywhere, allah ta'alaa is al 'alaa "above all", there's where he is. and yes..............................i'm a salafi!!!

  6. " ... There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer." (42:11)

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him" (112:4)

    Holy Quran

Nothing is like Allah, He was never seen and it is impossible for the human mind to even imagine Him.

And assuredly, We have created man and We know what his mind whispers to him, and We are nearer to him than even his jugular vein.

    (50:16)

    Holy Quran

  7. well my friend , u r coming here to make fitna , but don't worry there is no fitna

    obviously , u r not even shia

  8. Some holy verses are among Mutshabihaat in holy Quran, we must not discuss and try to bring any meaning out of it by our self.

3:7. He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding.

  9. LoL  Allah is every where ?

    Naudubillah !

did you ever read Quran ?

Allah in his arsh above seven Skies/heavens !

  10. Does not Allaah mention these Sifaat in the Qur'aan?

So as the Salaf said: We believe in these narrations as they have come, without asking how, or likening them to the creation, or distorting them, or interpreting them away.

    Imaam al-Awzaa'ee said:

كنا والتابعون متوافرون نقول: إن الله تعالى فوق عرشه، ونؤمن بما وردت به السنة من صفاته

((We and the Taabi'oon ensured in saying: Indeed Allaah –the Most High- is above His Throne, and we believe in them how the Sunnah has come regarding His Attributes))

Sifat al 'Uluww of adh-Dhahabee page 246

    EDIT:

    Allaah says:

    الرحمن على العرش استوى

((The Most Merciful has Risen over the Throne))

    Allaah also says:

    ثم استوى على العرش

((And then He Rose Above the Throne))

From the Sunnah we find the well known hadeeth of the slave girl when the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم asked her:

أين الله؟ قالت: في السماء، قال: أعتقها فإنها مؤمنة

((Where is Allaah? She said: Over the Heavens. He said: Free her, for she is a believer.))  Saheeh Muslim (537) and this Hadeeth is authentic, refer to the Takhreej of Shaykh Saleem al-Hilaalee in his book "Ayn Allaah?" "Where is Allaah".

Imaam adh-Dhahabee wrote a book on this matter called "al-'Uluww li 'Alee al-Ghaffaar", and "Ithbaat Sifat al 'Uluww" of Ibn Qudaamah al-Maqdisee and Ibnul Qayyim wrote the book "Ijmaa' al-Juyoosh al-Islaamee" where he speaks a lot about this issue and 'Abdul Haadee Wahbee wrote "al-Kalimaat al-Hassaan fee 'Uluww ar-Rahmaan" and there are many other books which speak about this matter.

The Imaam, Aboo Muhammad Sa'eed bin 'Aamir ad-Dhabee'ee al-Basree who died in the year 208 after the Hijrah said concerning the Jahmiyyah:

هم شر قولاً من اليهود والنصارى، قد اجتمع اليهود والنصارى وأهل الأديان مع المسلمين على أن الله فوق عرشه، وقالوا: هو ليس عليه شيئ

((They are the worse in statements than the Jews and Christians, the Jews and Christians and the people of the other religions agree with the Muslims that Allaah is above His Throne, and they say: He is not upon anything))

The Imaam, the Recitor, the Scholar of Hadeeth, Aboo 'Amr Ahmad bin Muhammad at-Taalimankee who died in the year 429H and was one of the great Imaams of the Maalikiyyah said:

وأجمع المسلمون من أهل السنة على أن معنى قوله: وهو معكم أين ما كنتم (الحديد: 4) ونحو ذلك من القرآن: أن ذلك علمه، وأن الله فوق السماوات بذاته مستو على عرشه كيف شاء

((And the Muslims from Ahlus Sunnah have united upon that the meaning of His statement: "And He is with you wherever you may be"  and similar to that from the Qur'aan: that is by His Knowledge, and Allaah is above the heaveans in the apparent meaning arisen above His Throne how He wills))

    al-Wusool ilaa Ma'rifatu al-Usool

Adh-Dhahabee also recorded that Imaam Aboo 'Amr at-Taalimankee said:

إن الإستواء من الله على عرشه على الحقيقة لا على المجاز

((Indeed the Istiwaa with Allaah above His Throne is upon the reality (apparent) not upon the metaphorical interpretation))

Sifat al 'Uluww of adh-Dhahabee page 246

The problem is you people who perform Ta'weel and Tahreef think of Allaah in terms of the creation to begin with so anyone who accepts these Sifaat as Allaah stated in the Qur'aan without playing your games you consider them mushabihah.

  11. Human knowledge of the material world is attained through the use of the five senses; and certainly the five senses are useless in acquiring knowledge of the spiritual world. The only way to acquire some knowledge of the spiritual world is through divine revelation.

We read the meaning of the following about God in the Holy Qur’an in Surah 24, verse 35:

*{Allah is the Light of the heavens and earth; and the similitude of His Light is as a Niche in which is a Lamp enclosed in a Glass like a brilliant star; [the Lamp is] lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is very luminous, though fire has not touched it. Light upon Light! God does guide whom He wills to His Light: And God sets forth parables for men; and He is the Knower of all things.}*

Then in Surah 2, verse 255 we read the meaning of:

*{Allah! there is no god but He the living, the Self-subsisting, the Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there that can intercede in His presence except as He permits? He knows what [appears to His creatures as] before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. For He is the Most High, the Supreme [in glory].}*

Also Surah 2, verse 115 reads the meaning of:

*{To Allah belong the east and the west; and wherever you turn, there is the Face of Allah. For Allah is All- Embracing, All- Knowing.}*

Then you can read the meaning of the following in Surah 59, verse 23:

*{He is Allah, besides Whom there is no other god, the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace [and Perfection]. The Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: glory to Allah! [High is He] above the partners they attribute to Him.}*

Then we also read the meaning of the following in Surah 42, verse 11:

*{... there is nothing whatever like unto Him and He is the One Who hears and sees [all things].}*

  12. it is mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah, but resembling is Kufr, thinking of being like or similar to another person or anything of his creatures isn't allowed,,
