  1. How often do we get to see the true side of a politician?  I say bring it on.

  2. They should move on to something important 'cause this event was not important at all.

I would like to see, at least one time, one of these clowns not apologize for something they said, which at the time they said it was exactly what they were feeling and thinking. It would be nice to hear someone say, "I said it, I'm sticking by it, nuff said." That in itself would get the media onto something else.

  3. Because the media is overwhelmingly right-wing. I'm much more interested in how McCain is going to wriggle out of his own statement that, should the Iraqis ask us to leave, that we would have to leave. Now the Iraqi government (the creation of which, after WMD and ties to Al Qaeda, was offered as justification for the occupation) HAS asked us to leave. Focusing on relative non-issues when there are huge elephants in the room is what the corporate media does best.

  4. They don't have any bigger news to replace it with yet.

  5. s***w that... I love to see this man in the hot seat.

People need to know what a hypocrite he is... it is beyond me that anyone listens to him in the first place...

  6. "Mistake" ... That's hardly a MISTAKE. Jackson has always been quick to jump on anyone who makes even a verbal negative comment about another Black... consider the Imus story for example... That didn't go away after a few days, did it... and it sure wasn't as violent as Jackson's comments.

Then consider Jackson's OWN philandering... that he would criticize Obama for advocating fathers taking responsibility for their children, the hypocrisy is pretty amazing.

Then of course there is the fact that Jackson is supposed to be a man of religion. People love to see hypocrites fall. Let's face it, he's getting back what he has dished out over the years.

  7. When Jackson gets more of our pow's released they will stop showing him apologizing!

  8. Serves him right, not being let off the hook that easily. He should have learned discretion after all these years.
