they need both if their going to make the playoffs ....it they wont bring up lirano because they dont want to pay him until they have to

I don't know, but my 10 year old daughter, my disabled mother, my sweaty gym socks & my cat's butt can all pitch better than Livan freaking Hernandez.

We all know Liriano has good stuff, considering what he did a few years back.  But when they tried to bring him up too early after his injury it didnt go well.  I think they are just being patient; they dont want to mess up with one of the best pitching prospects in baseball.

Easy question, the longer they can keep Liriano in the minors, the better shot they have at winning an arbitration hearing on his next contract, which otherwise would be a fairly large one.  He will get called up, just in time for him to not make the necessary amount games to reach his full contract.

I personally think Hernandez sucks and just gets lucky with his wins....and i'm betting sometime in August they will call up Liriano..and hopefully like send Hernandez down or something
