  1. You should look at your account on-line first off. Insufficient funds, wrong billing address on the website, some on-line places refuse bank cards rather than straight up credit cards due to security. There can be many reasons. Double check your number, the name on the account and all of that information as well.

If all else fails chat with one of the Casino people about billing.

    Good luck!

  2. It's against the law to take deposits from Americans.

  3. you'll need to call up customer service.

The problem is that hackers typically wash stolen money through online casinos and poker rooms. So alot of banks are weary when transfers take place. But you can authorise the transfer by calling up the bank and telling them its ok.

  4. MasterCard and Visa block gambling transactions. There is usually a code the vendor sends the bank, stating what kind of business it is, and the bank is required to block gambling charges. Most banks state in their depository agreement that gambling transactions are prohibited. It may also be the fraud department blocking the charge if they are familiar with the name of the vendor.

  5. you're broke.

  6. Most to all US banks now decline anything involved with online gaming. Now its soo bad even similar transactions they decline that have nothing to do with gaming.

Some casinos have gotten around this by letting you purchase prepaid phone cards and transferring their value to your casino account. May as well just walk into  real casino at that point.

  7. Probably because they are protecting u from identity theft. when  u gamble online theres a certain risk because when u deposit some money to play a certain game such as 20, 30 dollars or more that money can go up and scam u for more instead of the price they told u what is the actual amount.

For example if u play for 20 dollars they can actually scam and take more then just 20 dollars they are protecting your identity and your Debit card account.

  8. Most bank's block gambling website transfers.

the easy way to get around this. is get a pre-paid visa card.

some grocery stores (like walmart) have VISA gift cards you can buy, and some even have the re loadable kind.

buy one and use it to depost your money.

  9. I think there may be a limit these online "institutions" can charge from a debit/bank card.  This rule is usually imposed by the banks to prevent fraud and maybe abuse by individuals addicted to these online casinos.  Give your bank a call and see if there are these restrictions...if there are...maybe it's best to leave them in place.  Looks like you may be losing too much.

  10. cuz the casino is stealing your money

  11. I experienced similar with a debit card trying to use pay TV on an airplane.  never got to the bottom of it, but I would say there is a basic reason you cant use it.  Most likely because its not a "real" credit card, which makes no sense at all.  you'd think they would WANT you to spend money you dont have.

    Could be security issues?

HSBC are theifs in my opinion  :)

  12. Some banks won't allow fund transfers to casino accounts.

Check with your casino if they accept moneybookers, or paypal, or other online money transfer sites and you should be ok.

  13. There are filters placed by banks and credit card companies that decline transactions to gambling sites.  This is due large in part to the UIGEA that has yet to have enacted any enforcement.  This is (so far) voluntary on the card companies' part.

Many poker sites now accept eChecks, which are linked directly to your checking account securely.  If this does not work, or you do not want to use your bank account, you can buy a Visa All Access Gift Card which can be found at most grocery stores, gas stations, convenience stores, or drug stores.  Other brands like "Green Dot" and "Vanilla" have the same filters as mentioned above.  Any gambling site that takes Visa will take the All Access prepaid card.

  14. cause they dont want you to waste your money on something stupid
