  1. If you go in with a child, they stamp both your hands so that you go out with the same child you went in with. This prevents any predators from walking in and taking a kid randomly. In theory anyway.

    its a clear stamp that has to be put under a black light when you leave

  3. They do this so that that no stranger can take your kid and claim that your kid was theirs.  

  4. Every group that comes in gets a different stamp, to ensure that all of your group leaves together. Kids get left behind apparently. It's a safety precaution so no one steals your child also.
