  1. "... just to make sure your wind as far as football shape is still up to par.”

  2. because, this is when the starters play for 3 quarters and theres a game plan in this game. This is when teams start going deep in their playbook and open it up and stop hiding what plays they have.

  3. The experts don't know a d**n thing, yes it is improtant for the rookies to see if they will have a job or not when the season starts. I say no to watching it and I don't belive it should be on tv. Only the real season should be.

  4. Starters play the longest and any lingering questions are usually decided. Week #4 is for the guys trying to make the team, the starters usually rest so week#3 is the best time to see the starters in action.

  5. Because most teams use the third preseason games the season "dress rehearsal"; with starters playing most of, if not the entire, first half. The first two games are mainly used to evaluate the bottom of the roster. The last game is the least important; and the one players and coaches alike can't get over with soon enough.

  6. teams play their starters more than any other preseason game

  7. Because these 'experts' are usually getting paid lots of money to make sure you watch the stupid game so that the advertisers are happy.
