  1. i never noticed this.

I know that short sighted eyes are "oblong" shaped, which causes the short sightedness, but it's not noticable .

  2. because they are aliens from the planet zeno opticlan.

  3. I think it is the way their eyes are focusing.

  4. People with short sight don't look different, nor are their eyes oblong.  Usually it is patients with astigmatism that have oblong eyes.  People with myopia (near-sightedness) have shorter eyes from front to back.

Neither oblong-shaped eyes or shorter eyes would be noticeable when looking at someone.

The glasses near-sighted people wear can cause their eyes to look smaller.  The glasses far-sighted people wear can cause their eyes to look larger.  The worse the eyesight, the more exaggerated that appearance through the glasses.

    Is that what you mean?

  5. Don't know what you mean, myopic people's eyes don't look different.

The glasses may make the eyes and face seen through the lens look smaller.
