  1. They've been upset ever since 'Three's Company' got canceled.

It is just human nature to want total control.  Peace on earth is a pipe-dream.  It sounds nice but it goes against our nature.  Look at any species of this earth.  There has to be a dominant one to lead.  But when men get power, they tend to abuse it.  The abuse of power is what we need to try and erase.

  2. And a great Hiram Abiff to you too!

My father and a good friend both left the Masons at the 33 degree (Shriner) because it was too cult like. There is no coincidence -- and most Masons don't even know it -- that Adam Weiskaupt infiltrated and took control of many, but not all, masonic temples in Europe while creating the Illuminati, for the International bankers.

In general, Freemasons don't directly want to control the world and create a new world order in the Illuminati meaning. The Hierarchy of the Masons might, and the lower level membership wouldn't even know about it, because lower level masons aren't privy to higher level secrets.

While the New World Order could be used by a person as simply a phrase that they heard and are repeating, it could have a deeper meaning with strong historical roots. To think that there could be a new & better world -- one of peace & plenty -- might be attractive to a lot of folks. There's been a lot of talk for centuries about Utopia. Hence, "new world order" could be just a phrase that innocently expresses that sentiment; perhaps innocently stated by Obama and McCain. Or.... could have an inside meaning to some like what follows:

The NWO was being initiated in 1775-1785 by Adam Weishaupt. Here's a quote:

"..those individuals who are members of the Illuminati possess the 'Light of Lucifer'. As far as they are concerned, only members of the human race who possess the 'Light of Lucifer' are truly enlightened and capable of governing. Denouncing God, Weishaupt and his followers considered themselves to be the cream of the intelligentsia - the only people with the mental capacity, the knowledge, the insight and understanding necessary to govern the world and bring it peace. Their avowed purpose and goal was the establishment of a 'Novus Ordo Seclorum' - a New World Order, or One World Government."

Associated with this form of NWO is a trigger for martial law, government confiscation of guns, population reduction, and no individual rights, just after the International Bankers cause a major recession.

  3. why is it that people who know absolutely nothing about freemasonry ask questions like this?

freemasons have never been invovled in any new world order movement; the idea is antithetical to freemasonry. if you knew anything at all about freemasonry you would know that.

freemasons have never sought power, sought to control the world, conquer or destroy man.

the only things freemasons have struggled against, which they have done for a very long time, is ignorance, tyranny, fanaticism and oppression. freemasons are about freedom and individual liberty, truth, faith, hope, charity.

    to some others

    * is it human nature to want to control? freemasonry has never sought control.  you are correct that power tends to corrupt, which is why freemasons do not seek it.

  4. And what makes you think that? I know tons of Freemasons, all the way up to the Grand Master of the State of New York, and there's no desire for world domination. Believe me- the only way to make a room full of Freemasons agree on something is to say "Shall we adjourn to dinner?"

Maybe if we worked very hard we could dominate a city block- but the world???

I just got your personal message- and you're wrong.

  5. Umm...we don't. NWO, or anything even close to it- is not the work of Freemasonry, never has been never will be.
