Seems like the rude loud mouths get better service, Once I walked up to the counter to order my meal and the two sales ppl must have talked for a couple of minutes before asking me what I wanted and then said it like i was bothering them.

  1. Having worked in the catering trade, these ill-mannered morons may think that they are clever in getting quicker service, but they don't know what happens to their food before it reaches them at the table, and what un-ordered extras they are getting. It always pays to be polite to staff, trust me. !!

  2. in my experience, if someone pushes you, push back. you most likely won't get the reaction you expect, especially if their job depends on it. as far as fast food, there is almost always a number to call that will send you coupons for free food.

  3. Workers are probably trying hard to please the 'rude' people because if not, they have no trouble telling their boss. As the 'nice' people, they just keep to themselves. I am 15 and work at 'Giant' and even when the customers are yelling at me for not doing stuff the right way I can't be rude back, I just try to do everything the best I can. Last week, a customer was so mean to me I cried, it was awful.

  4. Actually Rude mouths can get 'spit' on their food.

  5. I have no clue why but the same thing happens to me, propably because it's easier to walk all over the nicer people, but they willl get what's comming

  6. be nice,,after you get your food, then act like an ***

  7. I think you are mixing two things together here.  In general, nicer people get better service.  Your example was describing inattentive counter people and you are right to interrupt them.

There are also different ways to get your point across.  Once I was in a coffee shop having breakfast and was trying to get someone to top off my coffee.  I finally got up, went to the server station, grabbed the coffee pot, filled my cup, and then announced in a distinct louder than usual voice "Excuse me, does anyone else need more coffee?"  and I proceeded to top off other customers coffee.  The manager was within earshot and I didn't have any more problems, ever.

  8. Because people think that nicer people can be stepped all over, so they won't complain back to you. Nice people a lot of times do their best to try to make you happy. ♦

  9. When I go to the ghetto and ask for my triple whopper, black people are very mean to me, i know it's hard work, but they could smile at least, make me feel better, I also feel like I'm bothering them.
