The other states of India are doing enormously well. There still exists a lot of hurdles in the other states as well, but they are making great progress. Why do only the people of Kashmir want autonomy? No central government would oppress the state just because the state has a majority of religious minorities. Dont they have a better chance if they just stop focusing on a separate state and focus more on growth, education and other real issues?

  1. Kashmir was Hindu kingdom with majority of Hindus. Kashmir had been invaded several times by Moghuls.

During recent times ie 1947 several muslim tribes shifted there. They with the help of Pakistan directed terror against hindus.

Due obivious reasons now muslims are in majority who always had policy of seperatism based on notorious two nation theory of Jinnah to snatch hindu lands like what they did in Pakistan..

  2. Kashmir is a DISPUTES TERRITORY & not a part of India. Its fate is yet to be decided in accordance with the wishes of the public through FREE & FAIR PLEBISCITE under U N  Auspices, in absence of armies , other external forces & civilians( i.e., all illegal intruders) of both India & Pakistan from both parts of the state they occupied since 1947 (Read UNEQUIVOCAL  ,  UNSC Resolutions on Kashmir Dispute dated 5 th january, 1949 & 24 th January, 1957). Pakistan was all the time ready for implementation of resolutions from 1949 itself but ONLY INDIA created obstacles in its way , by attaching the issue with other irrelevant ones to gain time & militarily consolidate its position on the state. India only evaded & tried fully to obfuscate Plebiscite. People are demanding that legitimate rights only. as a response to that one million Indian illegal  intruder army is indiscriminately killing people there & calling local people to be terrorists.

Indian states are not progressing well. Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh are most backward in the world where if a man vomits , other poor one consumes vomited material. Many in cities dig to search garbage heaps to get some dirtiest eatables.  90 % Indian village houses have no toilet attachead at all & they go to open fields. Urban poors too are like that. Visit Madras high Court building at 9.00 am & watch yourself half or fully naked people with one water filled old rusted tin can sitting excreting their refuses.

When Junagarh & Hyderabad similar states were given their rights of self determinations, why  denial & deprieval of Kashmiri people only ?

So called king(communal despot) Hari Singh(Punjabi) was NOT LEGAL ruler of the state in 1947. His heriditary rulership(ILLEGAL DOGRA MONARCY) came to an end on 15 th March, 1946, after expiry of 100 year of ' Amritsar Treaty ' dated 16 th march, 1846. That treaty itself was INHUMAN & ILLLEGAL as it was imposed on people by British through HUMAN  SALE  DEED at the price of  of Nanakshahi Rupees 7.00 per person like price of goats & sheep. Can any HONEST & JUST PERSON accept that ?

Kashmiris are not fighting for their progress or economy or any other irrelevant thing to be illegally attached by you with the main issue. They're fighting for their BASIC RIGHT of self determination. After that right is  implemented, you have no right to interfere even if they want to go to the h**l. It is NOT India's or your right to question them as both have NO LOCUS STANDII on that issue. Actually fascists of India know NOTHING at all about Kashmir Dispute.

I've visited Kashmir & reached its depths finely (to even those places where common Indian civilians & armymen cannot dare) without security for long time & talked over 1,00,000 persons at length. None is in India's favour. writing on the wall is crystal clear.

I've already replied several times on this issue , giving fitting reply to fascists. You can read at my profile.

  3. Kashmiris are a misguided lot. In the wake of Independence, they had to decide one way or the other. They were wary about joining Pakistan. But, Sheikh Abudulla, then a popular Muslim Kashmir leader nurtured the ambition of carving out a separate Kashmir State. But, the Kings of Kashmir who was a Hindu was the hurdle. The King signed the accession with India. To appease the Muslims and the Sheikh, Nehru agreed to treating the Kashmir as a special case and accorded a special status. Hence, there is a provision in the Constitution of India to exempt the State of J & K, and accorded a special stutus under Article 370 of the Cosnttition. Now, the position is such that due to the relentless efforts of the Pakistan and infiltration coming from accross the bornder, the youth do not seem to be enamoured about remaining with India. Fundamentalism is now a pan-Islamic movement. They no longer look at themselves as Kashmiris but seem to be happy with Muslim identity. Hence, all the ranting from that State.
