  1. Because they are otherwise useless! Using verbiage like 'crackdown' or 'NO TOLERANCE' for this or that crime is to convince the public that they are doing something productive. In fact, these 'operations' are to drive up the statistics for budgetary reasons, ie., to justify their worthless existance! The truth is simply this: if the Maggot Cops, Vulture Lawyers and Carrion eating Judges did the jobs that they are paid to do, they would work themselves out of their jobs! No one wants that! What would we do with the unemployed 4-F b******s?

  2. Down the levels of crack go

    haha

  3. As the dealers try and get the 'crack down' the toilet!

  4. one way to look at it is crack going down lol.  but let the police do their job it is in our best interests.  If it were not for the police it would be like the wild wild west out here.

  5. Most of the time it's crack-cocaine found.

  6. Because that is what the press, politicians (who are the cops bosses) and some of the public call it.
