When it is apparent from the details coming out that he was/is in a dire financial situation. Is it just to add pizazz to the story, after all it sounds better than failed business man.

  1. Seems like he took his life to the streams of materialism & couldn't handle the blow of being brought back down to a level which most of us live at...very sad that he took the lives of his family...

  2. Some millionaires don't have liquid assetts but are still millionaires.

  3. He may still have had over a million squid in assets.

  4. There is talk of him transferring  assets of failed company to another one owned by him to avoid a liquidator. So it would seem that he had a millionaire lifestyle which was about to come to an abrupt halt. I think we all suspect a John Stonehouse or canoe act here. But to kill your family although we do not know this is true one can not help but suspect the worst of the worst

  5. Because if he wasn't and the papers didn't continuously refer to him as a millionaire it would hardly have been reported, we'd have already have forgotten about the event..To sell papers.

  6. Paper Millionaire,

  7. He should be refered to as a failed millionaire one who lived the millionaire life with other peoples money.

  8. That's what I thought, wasn't he currently 1.6 million in debt, he's a minus millionaire
