I went to a Pub in down town Cleveland last nite and ordered dessert but first they brought a dish with the spoon on it sprinkled with Powdered sugar and a little while later they brought the dessert. I asked the waitress and she had no clue.

  1. It's just a classy way to serve dessert

  2. It's decorative food presentation. That's all, no "real" rhyme or reason, just looks pretty.

  3. It was probably dandruff from the waitress.  Did you check her shoulders to see if she had any flakes?

  4. FOR PRESENTATION ITS SUPPOSED TO MAKE U FEEL LIKE UR GETTNG MORE THEN U PAID FOR HOW MUCH WAS THE DESSERT AND WAS IT WORTH THE EXTRA 2 BUCKS U PAID FOR THAT GARNISHED PRESENTATION

  5. Never heard of that
