Why do the stupid yahoo groups?

ask you to describe yourself, but you don't get enough space to do it properly, then they deny you access to their group???

Most likely because when you are asked to describe yourself, they only expect one or two sentences. But I have my own groups, and if I want to do a questionnaire, I just sent it after the person has applied and go from there. Needless to say, I've not had any new members, so I haven't had the chance to do this!
