Why do the weather forecasters in SF suck so bad?

I have lived ALL over the USA. East coast, West coast and in between. And out of all the weathermen in all the US, why do the SF Bay area weather reporters suck so bad? Storms come from the Pacific ocean and then hit land. No convoluted fronts, etc. They say rain in the AM and it rains at nite. They say a day of sun, it's cludy and cold. Day after day. And all they have to do is follow a storm pattern across the ocean. What is so hard? Why can places in Raleigh,NC have better weather forecasters??

Here is the reason... The models are timely accurate with east coast time than the west coast. I did a job shadow at Kron 4 in San Francisco and I talked to a chief meteorologist, and he told me before he worked here, he was working in New York. He told me the models are way better over there than here and that is because the time is more accurate with the weather models.
