Why do these guys do this?????????

this is really weird. whenever i am out with my parents these guys who work at the places i go try to talk to me or flirt with me in front of my parents. i am 16.

here are 2 times i can think of

1) i was at a restaurant and the guy working there-about 25- asked me when my spring break was and kept teasing me for a minute straight about how much i ate. my mom said i think he likes you and i was so embarassed

2) i was at this all inclusive spa resort so you don't give tips at the restaurant i was eating at and this guy working there asked me where i was from and kept on talking and came back to my table about 7 times when it is not the type of restaurant where you do that. they just bring the food and leave you alone. but he kept coming back to my table and no one elses table.

3)this one doesnt really count but i was at a sporting goods store my dad and i bought a pair of shorts and the guy there randomly asked if i play volleyball(i dont)

Most of them, probably are looking at you below the eye level and that is all.  Some are just wanting to talk to a younger female.  Other are actually trying to be nice.  Although if you are coming over too often then you are not nice, but annoying.  

As a guy who is in his 30's, works at a restaurant, married I actually do not like to talk to teenage girls even if they are hot.  I have been caught though thinking that a girl was 25 and when I checked ID for drinks she was 19.  Scared the $%^& out of me.

Some of us are just talkative people who actually like to talk to someone who will talk back. If you are at lunch or dinner, and do not want to be bothered.  Ask the guy nicely, could you give us a little room we are trying to catch up or some other excuse that will not make him feal like an idiot.  You do not want him peeing in you tea or worse.  

Guys are always attracted to women, and we do not care if your parents are there.

well they are creeps and you know what you need to avoid those types anyway. Plus they probably did like you and did not care that your mom or dad was there. Boys are weird like that..........

having a job as a waiter or a person working at a department store is a really boring job.

If the person starts to talk to you then he might just be bored as h**l and wants to talk to someone.

it happens occasionally and the only way to avoid it is to politely   tell them to go away.
