Why do these questions not offend me?

I am very hard to offend but I do not consider myself to be calloused or thick-skinned. None of the following questions offend me.

What's your age?

What's your weight?

What's your ethnicity?

What's your political affiliation?

What's your religion?

The normal things that offend society leave me unfazed; to make me want to get up and knock heads, somebody would have to ask why am I, a white guy, with a black woman.

Is this abnormal?

It depends on why the questions are being asked and what impact your answers will have on someone's evaluation of you.

If those questions were being asked of you for a job interview, what difference would your ethnic backround, your political views, or your religious beliefs make on whether or not you are qualified to do the job?

It depends on who's asking, why they are asking, and what and how the information they are seeking is used.

people tend to be really biased or racist about stuff like tht. eg, hanging out with a black or white, which ever.

i think it's abnormal to not feel offended. if you don't it would perhaps hint that you are a little biased or racist yourself, to accept or be not ruffled by statements like these.

i would say those questions are  not really anything important    , nothing that hits home    

i know when people question me about my family or the way i raise my kids i would like to knock some heads

maybe you are like me only family matters

No, it is not abnormal that you are that way at all.................I myself do not understand why those questions offend people............they are not serious
