Why do they always walk all over me?

just about every girl i have known or dated has just walked all over me. i'm not a mean guy. whenever they need something i'm there from them. when they needed to talk to someone i was there, when they weren't tired and just wanted to stay up and talk i'd do it no matter how late it was. once i had just gotten home and it was about 11 at night and my friend calls asking if i could go pick up her and her friends on the other side of town because their car broke down. even though i was tired i went to get them. i would even make time to give them rides to work. but in spite of all that they just tossed me aside when i needed them. why do they do this and is it a good idea to change how i am so that this doesn't happen anymore?

Because you'll do it, and they don't feel like it. I don't really think they know how much they're hurting you, or how much you help them. If they do know, then they're just using you because they know you'll do it.

But I don't think changeing who you are (in a bad way) is really going to help anything. Maybe you need better friends, or better girlfriends. Idk though, that's easier said than done.

They don't seem like a good friend to you as you are to them. You are being used. Next time say NO!

i don't know why people do that but maybe they don't realize how much they are hurting you I think that you should talk to them and see the way they see things i know this sounds corney but maybe you guys might become better friends and if not then maybe they aren't your true friends
