Why do they call it s***n?

i might be wrong but isnt it only men that can produce s***n? and its not supposed to be taken literaly like se-men . the full name is seminal fluid (again might be wrong) . and if its a male only thing that we were made with then how can it be sexist?

the proper name is spermatozoa ,s***n is the slang name so what's the problem
