Why do they freeze sperm in a sperm bank instead of keeping it warm?

s***n is warm in the body, why don't they keep it in a warm environment to preserve the sperm? What would happen?

Quite simply it's to keep them alive.  Sperm would not live long if they were kept warm.  By freezing them they can be kept viable for years.

If if sperm is at the proper temperature it still doesn't last outside the body for very long Freezing is the only way to known keep it alive outside the body.
