Musicals usually don't have a sequel, why are the makers of HSM, making a third one?

I don't know, I heard they were making a 4th and that's when i said "Ok, I've had it!" I mean I like them, but I think they should just end at this one! It's getting old! They're just doing it so they can make money! And Grease is for like teenagers, way older teenagers.
