Michael,

Do you suppose Helen Keller drove a car? It is just a question. It doesn't seem to make sense when blind people do not drive - get it??

  1. so the blind people driving can get money. Honestly its a generic keypads and its the same as the ones in the stores

  2. For blind passengers to make withdrawals, check their account balances and other banking chores, possibly with audio assistance as well.

  3. The banks who buy them put the machines in different places.  Some of them in lobbies, some on street corners, some outside a bank where you drive up.

The people who make them just make the pads all the same, they don't know where they will end up when they stamp the keypad.

  4. Good one! I guess for the same reason braille is written for airplane operation?

  5. In case a blind passenger wants to make a withdrawal.

  6. They are all made the same but just in case the passenger or someone in the back seat is handicap, they would be able to make a transaction.

  7. For God's sakes, Braille is for Blind people who cannot see and read. It benefits blind people. Braille is everywhere , at stores, public places, Payphones stations.

Have you ever  heard "Helen Keller" ? She was deaf and blind woman, She used Braille.

  8. okay for 5th million time we have seen this same question is

because the MANUCFATER only makes 1 type of ATM

machines! (they are required to have braille on as per the ADA)they have NO way of know where the bank

    is going to install them

sometimes the bank will install them at the drive-up
