Why do they put handles on push doors???

Honestly, because you have to make handles for people to catch themselves on if they are to trip and fall. It also has to be there for balance for people. You no how sue happy people are no days, you have to be ready for the thing that someone will jump at. You no, I was walking out the door and tripped causeing me to break my ankle. If the was a handle I could have grabbed I would have been able to keep myself from falling and wouldn't have broken my ankle. Same reason they have HOT written on every coffee cup from McDonalds.

To keep you from putting your greasy hands on the glass or even worse pushing to hard and fast and putting your hand through the glass.
