Why do they reject fiance visa even after providing all the documant's?

I spent 45 day's with my fiance I'm in 50's my fiancee 65 year's old ,we provided all documents ask for still fiancee visa been refused

What countries are you guys from?  The biggest reason for refusal has to do with your financial history and criminal record.

visa not knowing what you mean but if it is the credit cards they are rip offs.
